Rozelle-Rosio Studio has officially made our first sale.  We're so grateful to Mark Pruskauer of Cool Air for purchasing our first Ocean Series piece.  Included with his purchase was a gift entitled Cloud Nine - a more functional piece for his needs.  Ocean Series SN 001 was created by placing each piece of glass by hand in a mold, fitting them together like a jigsaw puzzle.  The glass was then fired twice in order to get the full fuse.  Then hours of polishing came into play to get that gorgeous shine.  Cloud nine was pieced together in much the same fashion, except on a flat surface.  After the initial firing, in which the pieces were fused together into one plate, the piece was slumped over a mold with a mesh wire to create texture.  Polishing and grinding the bottom flat were the finishing touches on that piece.  More pictures can be found on our Instagram page (link at top of site).  We're so grateful to Mark for his support!
